Rosé: Grapes - Syrah,

The grapes are manually
harvested, separated and debranched for a short steeping.
They are then cleansed cold.
Fermentation is carried out at low temperature. The aging is carried out after
a tasting and before bottling. The colour is tender pink and brilliant.
Very fruity and full in
flavour, this wine will accompany the food of Provence perfectly. It won the
Gold 2006 medal of the contest agricultural general of Paris. |
