A.O.C Côtes de Provence

Red: Grapes - Syrah, cabernet-sauvignon Grenache

Manually harvested fully matured debranched grapes, which are then pressed. One long fermentation gives this wine all its structure and an intense garnet-red colour. Aged in the barrel for one year, this full and velvety wine will keep for the future.

It will perfectly accompany dishes rich in flavours, particularly red meats.
