Rosé: Grapes -
Grenache, cinsault, mourvèdre
Slight maceration
(bleeding). They are then racked cold. Fermentation takes place at low
temperature. Lovely color pink and clear. Fruity, spicy, with notes of
raisins, figs and then violet. The palate is balanced and refreshing ending on
a note of a delicious and beautiful sweetness.
A typical rosé, ideal
for an aperitif, easy to enjoy for lunch meats and fresh salads. |
