The wine is vinified by direct
pressing to obtain a clear colour and roundness. A smooth rosy gray, with an
expressive bouquet, full in taste with fresh mentholated notes and a finale of
citrus fruits. Its pale and limpid colour invites tasting.
You will appreciate it as an
aperitif, with roasted fish, or accompanying exotic food.
