Our winemaking method unites family
know how with traditional and modern techniques. Rosé wines and white
wines are converted in low temperature after a light steeping. Red wines are
converted in the traditional way. In this way the Domaine du Val de Gilly
may today offer you three Rosé cuvées, among them one Rosé
grey, la Cuvée "Marion", and three Rouge cuveés among them '"la
Cuvée Alexandre Castellan" which is aged in new oak barrels for eight
months.

The principal grape varieties are
Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet, Carignan, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Tibouren,
Ugni-blanc and Rolle. |
